Hi, I’m Sarah W. I’m a single mum, a fitness junkie, an advocate for equality, an independent woman, a recently transitioned vegan, a sister and a loyal friend to many!
But I also make mistakes, my self-doubt and self-talk can be so bad I wouldn’t say it out loud, I don’t take the advice I give to others and I feel mothers guilt all the time!
But, I’m so lucky to be blessed with a tribe of like-minded, positive and genuine people that have made me realize I’m 100% normal and in fact amazing!
I’ve realised how important it is to surround yourself with the right people. We all have our flaws, but with the right support, love and encouragement, we learn to focus on the things we do well- these are the things that matter
