Gratitude Journal
Whilst practising gratitude is seen as a ‘positive thinking’ or ‘feel good’ thing to do, there appears to be increasing scientific evidence that demonstrates how gratitude can change your brain, make you happier, boost your immune system, improve your relationships, and make you more productive.
When you start practising Gratitude it may feel forced, but as you become more mindful and practise gratitude daily, with a little help from this Journal, you will start to feel grateful in every day moments (a kind gesture from a stranger, something sweet your child has said or your partner or friend making an effort to make you smile). This journal then becomes a beautiful keepsake of your gratitude journey.
