An advanced class where you’ll be pushed to your limits. Lots of functional and conditioning style of training plus equipment. Not suitable for beginners.

Enjoy your workout & focus on this quality ‘me’ time while your little ones are entertained & looked after in our Baby or Toddler Rooms.

GIRL
SQUAD

Girl Squad is a fitness, well-being, mindset and mentoring program for teen girls. Led by Michelle Rae. Cost $150 for the term. Limited places.
